   I was actually drawing out something like this jut before I saw this, but different for something I want to do myself. Better than WP Kubrick 1, or worse?

   I think it looks better. But maybe that's because I've seen Kubrick too much.
   What does Kubrick mean by the way?

   I imagine it is a reference to Stanley, but I can't be sure...

   I like that the sidebar stays put and only the "about" section updates with different views....

   Kubrick is named for the director Stanley Kubrick.

   I like K1 better. K2 is "flat". As a "jumping off point" it may be better, I don't know....

   Well it looks like mike finally learned how to use CSS and not images to do everything.

   BTW I think it looks a hell of a lot better.

   I think its the same PHP, so all you would have to do (I THINK) is just grab this file and put put it in for your stylesheet/CSS.

   Also you would have to edit the header.php and take out the CSS from there

    Sorry X that last comment, you WILL have to rearange the PHP a little bit, like the link to the comments are in a different place. So there's that.

    Looks great. I preferrer the 2nd to the original. The more CSS the better.

    I really really like them both.

    I have learned a lot from Kubrick one, and I look forward to Kubrick 2.

    Kubrick 1 challenged me to think outside the box. I like that.

    nicely done ibehold - it seems to be more flexible in making the theme your own, rather than just changing the header. Are those aligned images part of the package or something you did yourself? Looks good anyway

    Although all your other pages seem to be on the default K2....

    Trust me idbehold, you do not have K2. K2 is a lot more than a simple stylesheet.
