What do these headers signify?

HI,
I am looking at the front end Header and cannot see what it’s telling me
It states i have 102 posts audited
Then it states
web admin = 10
wardn = 3
ealesc = 5If i click on the 102 Audited, should it take me to a filter of audited posts? Nothing happens at all
