    just put it online and i see my noob mistakes
    on bigger monitors right side disapears and resolutions are also wrong

    That white line appears to actually be part of your background image. You may need to crop that image further to get rid of the white border.

    i must done something to the settings and it displays differently on different monitors
    this is my first site, a lot of mistakes

    Display “properly”? I’m not sure what you mean. It seems to work alright, though it is not the best code in the world (but you did describe yourself as a “noob” so you’re still learning). Crop that background image and your background should be better.

    i mean how to keep fixed size of the page
    i designed it on 1280 X 800 laptop and today saw it on bigger monitor
    site looks like under magnifying glass, closer and part of the right corner is out of visible area
    what is the best practice to makes site look the same on all monitors?
