What are these .php files that are cached in My Downloads?

Forgive my total ignorance here, but I’m trying to determine the source of a file I found on a computer.

On a computer I was given, there are a bunch of .php files in a hidden folder accessed via My downloads/wordpress/

When they are opened they look almost like past search results.

There is a search query followed by text. Almost like the paragraph is answering a question.

Any idea what these files are? Were the searches initiated by the original user of the computer, or are they related to websites that he ran, or could they be some kind of cached comments or searches used to find his blogs?

Can anyone give me any insight into what I’m looking at?
