   Hello,

   In looking at the on-screen log for our web server, I notice a lot of http requests for:

   http://www.mysite/myblog/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

   These requests are from external IP's, meaning from site visitors.

   Is this normal, or are these attempts to hack into our blog?

   Normal, if your users are logging into your WP install.

   Thanks. Just wanted to make sure. Better to ask, and find out it is normal, than to not ask and end up being hacked. :)

   It is where all ajax requests are delegated. It is not exclusive to logged in users.
