   I was contacted by an individual who has a book that has the same title as my domain name. I think he feels that I'm capitalizing on his book, and is slightly miffed. I'd like to offer an olive branch, a compromise that won't put me out too much time or detract from my content. Suggestions?

   Thanks. I looked at the legal issues. I don't think we'll devolve to that, especially if I can offer him something. I was thinking of offering a "were you looking for...?" link from my page to his home page.

   Thoughts on this, as far as size and placement? Is this too generous, or not enough? What would you do in this circumstance?

   How alike are them? What country law are we talking about?
