I just installed this and can’t get it to work in either FF 24.0 or Chome 30. I turned debugging on, but don’t get any messages.
What happens is that when I click on “Thumbnails” from the media library, there is nothing there for me to crop. All the details show except for the actual croppable image.
I deactivated all plugins and had the same problem. On our server, we do have SSL invoked for the admin directory. Not sure if that could be an issue.
Looks like an awesome plugin if we can get it working! Any help would be appreciated.
Are you opening the javascript console (for the error messages). Fortunately this is a pretty common issue, usually caused by another plugin.

The easiest way to track this down is to disable all other plugins and then re-enable one at a time to find the culprit. (The problem could be in the theme as well).
Let me know if you need any help!
It was an empty line in my functions.php! (Which explains why it still didn’t work even with all plugins deactivated).
Thanks for your response and for your help! I look forward to putting this to good use!
