Screwing around for a week and coming up with what I did...I want my week back. There is a known image resize problem that makes everything blurry in the store...not good if you are selling images, no adequate help or advice on how to fix it save knowing CSS inside out. This app is a total waste of time. Go directly to paypal and figure out something that is far visually superior to this product.

I'd call this adequate help http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/tutorials/using-the-appropriate-product-image-dimensions/

Its pretty simple; images have fixed dimensions, but to cope with responsive layouts images are scaled with CSS. This graphic sums it up: http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/ugly-distortion1.png

Again, what am I missing? I am using twentytwelve, the things described in your fix are non-existant, ie catalog? Where is that? (In the catalog tab add the dimensions you made a note of and save the settings.) Do you have to use a specific theme to get this. I have followed your instruction regarding the resizing of thumbnails to no avail. Here look. http://www.angelsforsale.com/shop.

Yeah, that's where I set the image sizes. Again, look at http://www.angelsforsale.com/shop and you tell me.

Yeah, its using your 150px image and showing it at 212px...

...so as the instructions say, increase the sizes on that settings page and then use the regenerate thumbnails plugin to re-resize your images. job done problem solved :)
