What about WP RefSearch

it looks like it creates a list or articles matching key words from a referring search.
for example, if I search for “hacking tips” on google and it points to your blog, when I copy paste the article url, I see a normal page.
However, if I click the link from google, this plugin will kick in seeing that I cam from google and will search my whole site for posts that match the search term “hacking tips” and list them in addition to the page the person was looking for.
Haven’t used it, so can’t say if it’s good or not.
