Posts and pages are kept in the wp_posts table in your MySQL database.
kk thanks, is there any possibly way i could add previous posts from say my other site manualy their in like html style
Probably best just to copy and paste. If necessary, view your old site and right click and view source and copy and paste into the HTML tab in your Write->Post screen.
but say i have a new theme and when i do that my old theme shows up... and i got loads of posts so i wana be able to do it fast just like transfer them all
Importing Content might give you some ideas.
but they are in xml format they are in html/firefox format
If your old data is in XML format, you might do Manage->Export and look at that file to format your old posts in that manner, then use Manage->Import->WordPress to import.
