I posted for help on a few subjects on wordpress site, and found out this morning someone saw my post, emailed the contact information on the website I posted and offered to take my job and fix the problems. For $10 an hour.

That's wrong! :)
We can't stop people from doing that of their own accord, though peddling professional services on this site specifically is discouraged.
