Weirdness: Inserting “/” next to “‘” apostrophes when editing links

This doesn’t happen every time, but is ocurring with increasing frequency. It usually ocurrs when I edit a link but sometimes it does happen when creating a new link. When I press the “Save Changes” button it takes me to a new screen that says “Are you sure you want to do this?” and there is a “No” link and a “yes” button. Pressing the “yes” button inserts the character “/” to the left of every apostrophe in the link name and URL, rendering them goofy at best and useless (in the case of broken URLs) at worst. Is anyone else experiencing this? And more imprtantly, does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks, J.
