    Hi there,

First off, I find it rather ridiculous that wordpress has no contact support, this is shocking to say the least. I'm having issues with one of my wordpress sites and there is absolutely nowhere to turn, Im beginning to regret installing wordpress.

When I try to edit any of my posts or pages, the editor section is just completely blank and it will not allow me to change anything. I contacted my hosting provider, we tried a few things but they told me to contact wordpress. Upon finding out that wordpress have no support whatsoever, I've signed up to this forum with no real idea on what or how anyone is going to help me without being able to see for themselves.

Quite frankly, Im extremely disappointed to see that wordpress have 0, absolutely no support!

I think you've misunderstood what WordPress is. WordPress is free software. It was developed out of people's free time and is supported out of people's free time.

These forums are therefore supported by volunteers.

Your expectations of support may be better suited to hiring someone at http://jobs.wordpress.net .

    Is this a wordpress.com site or a self-hosted site?
Scratch that... I like Andrew's answer better!

Yes, this is a self hosted site and I have in no way ''mis-understood'' wordpress, I have built hundreds of wordpress sites, many of which have made me a lot of money. However, I have never had problems like this before. I understand what you are saying Andrew but I have to completely disagree, no way will I be hiring anyone to fix an issue with the wordpress platform, its not my responsibility, the error is with wordpress, my hosting account told me. In fact, I think you are the one who has mis understood because if people get problems, where are they supposed to turn to?
