Weird domain/IP address situation -- can't use domain mapping plugin (1 post)

Can't use that plugin because the site isn't installed in the root folder (and can't be). Here's the issue I'm having troubles with.

We host all of our WP sites on Amazon servers because our in-house servers don't allow PHP. So we have to proxy our web addresses to this site. We are attempting to use MS moving forward but we can't override what is currently live. So our Amazon server address is like this:

http://192.168.0.1/foldername/ <-- Which is then proxied to the address below

http://www.domain.com/foldername/ <-- This address is live elsewhere (a different IP address basically)

    The sites' (proxied) address is:
    http://www.domain.com/foldername/site-section (MS site)

Yet, when you look at the source code, everything points to:
    http://192.168.0.1/foldername/site-section (MS site)

Is there any way to use the proxied address for the MS "sub" site and continue using the IP address for the MS "main" site without using the domain mapping plugin?
