   My blog title has an apostrophie in it and in emails sent by wordpress I get weird jibberish like #1580 instead of the actual character. Why?

   Try an HTML/XHTML entity for the apostrophe: ’ or ' and see if that fixes the wierd characters.

   songdogtech, I tried & apos; and it seems to work. However, the linked website below states that it does not work with IE. I'm not sure if this is correct or not.

   Can you view your site in IE and check? Can you try ’ ?
