Weird broken links in google webmaster tools

Hi there.
I noticed that google webmaster tools found weird broken links on my blog, such as:
http://humus101.com/page/12/?paged=29

Where “Next pages” looks like this:
http://humus101.com/?paged=2
And not:
http://humus101.com/paged/2

I installed:
Broken Links checker plugin, But it didn’t seem to find something like this.

I also didn’t turn on permalink (as far as I know).

Any ideas what could have caused this ?
