Weekly archive link produces nothing

How come on my archives index page, my link to the weekly archives produces nothing once it’s clicked? You basically get a ‘page cannot be found’ page.

Once you click on http://www.themutebutton.com/?m=2007&w=39 shouldn’t it produce an index with that week’s posts? What am I forgetting to do?
