website to big for iphone screen

Hello,
for my website poinz.ch I have the wordpress theme nimble and everything looks perfect on my laptop. unfortunately when i look at the webpage on my iphone the webpage seems too wide for the screen. the text starts exactly at the left border of the screen and ends at the right border. it all looks way too tight. there should be some space at the borders.
Has anyone got experience with this issue? does anyone know what i could do to make it look better?
