   Hi, Ive got a premium WP theme and Im running the seo module included in my theme. Ive also got google analytics set up....but I was wondering if there was any website tracking plugin that people can recommend for my WP site?

   You could try out jetpack.com
   It includes wordpress.com stats

   Personally I think that GA is good enough though, but then again, I don't like looking at stats. ;)
