Their selling a service to design a site based on wordpress not wordpress itself, which is fine.

Thank you Jeremy for explaining that we are of course not selling WordPress, but instead we offer a design service for clients who want to use WordPress.
We love WordPress and think it’s an excellent platform to build blogs and dynamic web sites on.
We remain a little confused, though, as we’ve never spoken to anyone called Terry or anyone who has the initials/name ghorsefell. In fact we don’t ever make outbound sales calls to unsolicited prospects as we get all of our customers from referrals and enquiries.
However we would like to thank Terry for promoting our WordPress blog and web site design service, and if anyone would like to read some testimonials for the sites we have designed using WordPress please go to the URL mentioned in Terry's post above.

...and, even if they were selling WordPress, what's the problem? GPL doesn't stop anyone from selling WordPress...I'll sell anyone as many copies as they want for, say, $1,000 each ;-)
