Hi for some reason my website http://www.releasethereal.com has began to run really slow within the last few days, is there a way i could speed this up?

Other than your hosting seeming very slow - based on the load times for your background, it also seems to take forever for first-byte-out. If it is a suddenly occurring problem, I would suspect a plugin you have recently installed - some plugins have a call-home function to check for updates and so on - and this can block a page load.
Disable anything you installed in the last few days and check if that makes a difference. I would also check your hosting - you are running BP, and that can hammer a server.
