Website requires refresh to view almost every page

    No caching is enabled on the website – it is suddenly showing a blank page on every link but hitting refresh with load the page. Error log is not picking up any problems – any ideas of what is causing this – similar sites on my server are not experiencing this issue.

    Disabling the Core Control plugin has resolved this issue. I had it installed for troubleshooting purposes for a separate issue.
