Website loading slow!

I am worried that the website I am building currently is loading so damn slow, sometime it just takes like infinity time to load up. I am wondering using too many plugins have made it like that or using alot of jQuery files has made it like that? Or my server has just kneed down. The site is still under construction and no visitors that are causing alot of load, if that would be the case. Could you please load my site and say what should I do to optimize my site?

As for the result says from http://www.webtoolhub.com/tn561353-website-speed-test.aspx, my site should not take more than 10 secs I guess to load but I don’t know what’s wrong. My internet speed is okay too.
