Due to the nature of the website, high privacy is needed. And the owner has requested that I do not post any links to his website.
I am aware that moderators do not like removing posts but if just the website links could be removed or edited under a clickable hyperlink ‘Website’ that would be very helpful.

If you don’t want something on the internet, don’t post it there in the first place. Those links will not be removed, because this is not an extreme case.
I am not the owner of this website but just helping to build it.
I seeked some advice in this forum without the knowledge that he did not want it posted on the internet as he believes this to be sensitive information due to the nature of his business.
The whole website domain name was posted as a mistake as I only joined this forum yesterday and I am still getting to grips with it. If the full links could be edited to links like this Link to hide the full domain I would really appreciate it and will make sure it will never happen again.

As I stated before, no. We do not edit posts except for extreme cases. The fact that your domain is visible is not an extreme case.
