    Hello -

One of the members of our organisation noticed that our website is down and that we cannot even access the backend. Having sketched out a chronology of events, it seems that the site crashed after the latest wordpress update.

I am absolutely empty of ideas on how we might go about fixing it, espcially considering that i cannot even get in to the backend. When entering the site URL all one gets is a blank white page.

Once or twice a strange line of code also appeared that seemed to mention a wordpress security plugin.

    Site add is: http://www.heathwoodpress.com

Anyone out there have any advice or is able to help us out?

    Kind regards

Using FTP, try disabling all the plugins temporarily:

    Ah, brilliant.

As I mentioned in my previous post, a line of code referring to a security plugin came up once or twice when the site failed to load. Using FTP, I deleted that plug-in and now the site seems to be back!!

    Thanks so much WPyogi

I will close this thread in a few moments, pending no further errors
