Website has gone down so has the admin log in

    First, I would suggest you check via FTP to ensure that your WordPress files are still in the proper location. Namely your index.php and a bunch of files and a few folders that begin with wp-. Where exactly they need to be varies by host and configuration, but basically if they’ve moved or been deleted, that may result in a strange index page like that.

    As long as they are there, I would advise you to contact your web hosting provider about that message, as it seems to be a server configuration issue.
