   Hello,

   My website has been hacked. The .htaccess was compromised and I have corrected. I am still having issues though.

   When I click on the Dashboard icon on the top-right when logged in I get redirected to a hacker site. I looked in the /wp-admin/index.php file and see nothing out of the ordinary.

   Also, the when I click on All Users I am redirected to a hacker site.

   Any suggestions what I should do next? How are these getting redirected?

   Thanks. I have tried cleaning out the public_html folder out completely and doing a fresh install of WP with a fresh database. The problem still exists, so looks like a host issue. Having them check on it.

   I did not restore any files either.

   Have you examined your wp-config.php file? Or the contents in the wp-content directory? Hackers usually target files and directories that are not usually replaced with an update.
