Website Hacked

my website is hacked by someone and i am not able to change my password. The person has also removed all my meta keywords and tags and my website is not indexed in Google anymore. I tried to install different plug-ins for meta tags but they are showing deactivate status some how.
Please help me. Because my site was on second page of Google. What can i do.

I am having a similar issue, how does one resolve hacking issues? I have installed several malware detection plugins but am unable to locate the malware. What steps can I take to locate and delete malware if I know the location (scan programme revelation).
