My website http://www.mmaclarksville.com is gone. I wanted to upgrade to 3.0.4 but it I couldn't see the admin dashboard (I think whoever set it up didn't give me the correct login info for admin-he created a custom theme for the site). Anyway, I was in Godaddy who hosts it and they had a thing about installing the WordPress 3.0.4 application. So, I thought maybe that would upgrade it? Well, there was a problem installing it and it gave me an error so I clicked uninstall and now my websites gone, but I'm confused because the database number was different then the database number I had for my website so I thought uninstalling it wouldn't effect my website. When I'm in the godaddy file manager all the wordpress files I had previously are still there but my website is gone. This is a huge deal for my business. Help, please! I can't even figure out who to call to get help. I called godaddy and they don't have a clue!

You need to check see if you still have original database by clicking on database>>>MySql if your database is there you may have not anything.

Looks like your site is up and running again. Did govpatel's suggestion do the trick? Let us know how you got it up and running again.
