    What theme are you using? You need to download a new copy of your theme to your local computer. Then using FTP or Cpanel (ask your hosting company if you do not know how to use one of those) to access the files on the server and replace that file – find it here:

    wp-content
    themes
        whatever-your-theme
             functions.php - REPLACE THIS FILE WITH A NEW COPY
