    Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is a question I should be asking here at putting forward to my hosting company. Unfortunately my hosting company are rather disappointing when it comes to support, especially as the submit a question page doesn't even work.
Every day for three to five hours at a time my site seems to go down and displays the following message in my browsers:
    http://pastebin.com/ifLYNvGW
Does someone please know if this is a problem with my site, that I can fix myself? Or a problem with my hosting?
    Thanks guys.

that definitely seems a php configuration issue on your host side

What you are seeing is the main wordpress index.php (Not the one in your theme, the overall one to make WP work, it's located in the root of your WP install)

If you are seeing it, then for some reason php is not working properly and the file is being displayed rather than parsed

Thanks Rev. Voodoo (cool name!). At least it makes things clearer for me. I'll try and contact them again tomorrow and if I still have no joy I think its time to switch to a new host.

Is my documentation I made after switching hosts, in case you decide to do it. My article also has a link to the codex entry with more info about it. It's not as hard as I was afraid it was going to be

Thanks a lot! The link will certainly help I appreciate it. My minds made up, although I've only been with my current host for about four weeks I can't take it anymore!

Sure, I might check with the host to see if there are any php issues. But if you can't get hold of them, or they can't find/fix the problem, a switch may be the best way to go. Now that I've done it once, I'll jump hosting ship at he drop of a hat if I need to, to get better performance, etc.
