To Whom It May Concern:
I was helping a non-profit organization edit their website. They're url was .com and they wanted it to be .org. They own the rights to it but didn't know how to change it on wordpress. We went in and changed it and now it won't let me go in as an admin to change the information and the website is distorted. What should I do?
Please reply as soon as anybody can!
Thanks.
Olivia
You'll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values back.
When you're done, follow this guide to move WordPress.
Thanks James. Unfortunately the non-profit organizations has no contact with the person that helped them start up the website. Is there any other way I can manually change it or do I have to create the entire website?
If you can't manually access the database, you could try some of the other methods:
