• Hello friends,

I have a problem i have wordpress site in a .com domain , i have edited in settings the tagline for something like:

“Welcome to our site, enjoy our videos, articles and photos , we encourage you to subscribe to our RSS feed,etc…..”

The problem is when i searched up my site in google its appears good but the tagline that i wrote does not fully appear, it appears like this:

    ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————
    mydomain.com
Welcome to our site, enjoy our videos, article…..mydomain.com is proudly powered by WordPress and the Minimal theme.
    ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————

I dont know why it says ” is proudly powered by WordPress and the Minimal theme.”

    How can i change this…????

Please my site have been indexed by google months ago.. and still this hasen’t changed…

    Thanks

  • You cannot control what Google does, or does not, show in it’s result listings. All you can do is optimize your site for search engines.

I have alreeady optimized the site with platinum seo plugin… but still wordpress and the minimal theme are appearing in the search page… i know that this is written somewhere and i have to changeit… the problem is that i don’t no where….

look in your theme’s footer.php if you want to remove the links
