   Hey, our wordpress website, http://www.trojanhealthconnection.com, crashed after we tried to install a plug-in and the new version of webpress.

   Everytime we try and go on our website, the following message comes up:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/61/6659361/html/THC/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404

   What's worse is that I cannot even login to the website to make any changes.

   Any suggestions for how to log-in/how to fix this?

   use ftp to delete the plugin.
