Website breaks when plugin is acivated

    Greetings!

    I am facing a serious issue. I install plugin & when i click ACTIVATE, the whole wordpress website breaks & it starts displaying BLACK PAGE on every link. Even the Activate click results in a black page. The URL when i activate plugin & get blank page is:

    *******/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=

    Doesn’t the plugin supports wordpress version 3.7 ? What may be the issue. Please help
