website and admin page cannot load

hello,

i have a main website using wordpress which runs fine (www.virginie-et-benoit.fr) but i also have a subdomain website (www.aurele.virginie-et-benoit.fr) that stopped loading a few hours ago.

Everything was running fine, i was just tweaking the jetpack plugin. The last thing i did was to accept the “photon” option in the jetpack menu. then when i tried later on to go back to the admin site, it did not load (it’s “still” loading) and the website itself suffers the same fate.

i tried to take out the plugin using filezilla to no avail.

is there anything to be done?
