   I have no idea what to call this, but it is the text that appears in the tab of the browser that identifies what webpage that tab is connected to. For example, this tab says "WordPress > Support > Themes and Templates.

   How can I edit what information is displayed in this tab?

   By editing what is between the <title></title> tags in your theme's header.php template file.
