I’ve tried a few things to speed up my site (W3 Total Cache/minify), then WP Total Cache.

Recently, I tried the Webo plugin and it shave a few seconds off of my site’s load time from pingdom. I can’t remember which option that I added, but it crashed the plugin. I got a blank screen when I click on it from admin.

I tried deactivating it, then reactivating it, but I keep getting errors telling me to CHMOD one of the php user files in it’s directory to 644. Well, the file already has that CHMOD permission set.

Lastly, I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, but I keep getting CHMOD errors which I have never experienced with total cache or super cache.

    Any way to fix this?

hey I resolved this issue–just tried one time to install again.

I found that optimal settings worked best. Adding CSS sprites or advanced options either caused problems or slowed down my site drastically for some reason. I shaved about 3 seconds off my pingdom load time vs. WP Total Cache.
