   I cannot log into the admin panel ever since I uploaded a new theme. It does not appear to accept either my user name or password. Can both be reset?

   See http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password for password reset methods.

   You can delete the theme's directory manually in your ftp client to remove that and reset to default.

   Hello,

   I am having the same issue.

   Our agency has been using your service for quite a bit.

   Our PIO Michael Rupert has left the agency.

   He did not leave user name / password for us to continue this blog.

   Can you, please, reset user name / password and let me know.
