Webhost offering php5: is WordPress okay with php5?

My webhost http://serverlogistics.com have just roled out php 5.1.2 – all I need to do is flick a switch. Question is will WordPress be okay with it? I’ve had a search around for what people have had to say and it doesn’t all sound like plain sailing, but then most of what I’ve found is pretty old.
