   Hi, my question is with regards to plug-ins.

   I would like to create a new page (know how to do that) named "contact."

   I would like a contact form plugin that i found, to appear ONLY on that page and not on any other pages.

   How do i do that?

   Install the Plugin wp-lightform
   http://artflutter.com/wp-lightform

   Create the form template, give it a name.

   When you create your Contact page, choose that form template and you're good to go.
