For some reason my posts have started to show about a mile of extra blank space on the bottom.
This can be seen here on this post:
Why is that happening? How can I get rid of all that empty space?

Your sidebar is much longer than your post.

True, but I am showing a huge amount of blank space between the last item in the sidebar and the footer.
So the blank space is something being added beyond the bottom of the sidebar.

You've got an entire sidebar full of category links that's not showing up in that theme - extending the length of the page to almost 8500px.

I have my theme set up to only show the category links on the index page, and only the ad links on the single post pages.
I've scoured my theme settings to figure out how that blank space might be added to the sidebar on the single post pages, but I found nothing.
The sidebar active on the single post pages stops at the last ad, the category posts are not shown on the settings for single posts.
This is a really weird thing, I can't find any setting that might be inadvertently putting the category links sidebar on the single posts.

I think I may have fixed it.
I deactivated all of my sidebars and then reactivated them, and I think that got rid of the extra blank space.
I am going to check all my single post pages to make sure, but I am hopeful!
