   We have a password protected page for individuals that after viewing an online video are asked a series of questions.

   We would like those questions answered on that page and viewable to others that visit that page. We'd also like everyone to have the ability to comment...creating a discussion about answers.

   I'm not sure if this is possible or if there's a plugin I should have to help.

   I've allowed comments on that page but I would rather create a form or something like that so that they are answering specific questions, not just giving comments.

   I am looking for something similar myself. I am looking for an easy to ask a few questions and have another page display the results for the world to see. If anyone knows of a plug in that will handle this please let me know.
