Watermark image isn't working

    WP – 3.5.1, NextGen – 1.9.12
    All other plugins deactivated. Theme is default.

    Watermark image isn’t working. Saved image in png. On options-page preview watermark image is visible. Then I apply “set watermark” in gallery, and then view new picture on ftp (the size was changed up x2), but NO watermark!

    When I use watermark as text, all working.

    Where is the problem?
