• Hi,

I’m using WordPress 3.9.2 on all my sites (which have different themes on each) and every time I update plugins I get Warnings such as these:

“Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home4/******/public_html/speciesuniverse.com/wp-includes/update.php on line 287

(WordPress could not establish a secure connection to WordPress.org. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home4/******/public_html/speciesuniverse.com/wp-includes/update.php on line 435″

I usually ignore these warnings but should I be paying attention to them?

    Anyone? Thanks.

    John
