Warning when reinstalling WordPress

Hi,
I recently had a problem with my website so, after searching in thousands of forums, thousands of posts, etc., I couldn’t find the answer to my problem, since after proceeding every single advice I found in those forums, I still haven’t my wordpress site reinstalled.
The steps I followed to uninstall it were:
-Deleted all the files in wordpress
-Deleted the Database and Users
-Try to reinstall it again with Fantastico
-Get the following warning messages:

You need a username and a password to enter the admin area. Your username is majeruna. Your password is 2casita2 The full URL to the admin area (Bookmark this!): http://permaculturehelp.com/wp-admin/

DO NOT REMOVE the file named fantastico_fileslist.txt from the installation directory. It is used for uninstalling this application.

And still can’t access to my wp-admin site..

Please, at the moment I’m stuck in this, I have no website built because I deleted all, any advice would be very much appreciated..
