Wonder if anyone new if anyone else is having problems with wordpress while posting, sometimes a pop up message shows up and sometimes it doesn't all depends i guess, the laptop gets wicked laggy and I think its just going to freeze but it doesn't.
I don't understand why this keeps happening to me, I have updated my laptop and firefox.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

But, I wonder if it's something with firefox, cause I don't use to many plugins anymore, not after my host said that it eats resource
It could be Firefox issue, but this is good way to rule-out anything else. Since you're seeing the issue in the admin interface, it's either being caused by WordPress itself (which really isn't possible), a plugin, or it's a Firefox issue.
