Warning: Permission denied…

    New to WP[dot]org and just installed to my BlueHost[dot]com server without difficulty or incident.

    Then attempted to install and activate wp-super-cache plugin and received the following warning:

    Warning: sem_get() [function.sem-get]: failed for key 0x152b: Permission denied in /home1/davidgui/public_html/one24worship/WP/wp-content/plugins/wp-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 98

    I don’t know what that means or how to resolve the issue.

    Please advise.
