I have no clue what I’m doing, my husband signed me up, got a host, transferred my url to host and I thought he said downloaded WordPress and “go for it just go to your website and play from there, I’ll help you tonight”

I don’t think he really knows what he is doing – no offence honey your heart is in the right place but shit I’m confused!

Ok please check out my site and yell out if you can help http://kathysheehan.com.au

    Love Kathy

Incidentally I also couldn’t log in to WordPress with the user name and password he gave me so I registered again and got another one. I also sent host (hostgator) an email to ask if it had anything to do with them – no reply yet.

PS No he won’t be pissed I asked for help he will be impressed with my commitment to learn this stuff – I want a website!

  • Hi Kathy,
That looks like a problem with the SuperCache plugin – can you deactivate it under Plugins?

Also, your site’s user name/password are not related to these forums – so if that’s what you mean about making a new one, that’s indeed the case :).

you were right it was a problem with the host server who has now fixed it! I appreciate your help!

Glad to hear that – it looks like now you’re off to the fun part of making your site – yay!
