warning msg from local host is still showing online

Point is how to sweep out the warning message that was generated when I first install in host. it shows the same warning even after I have installed on a domain.

I did swept by deleting the add_acction from line no 191. hadn’t msg should go away automatically. even was gone after i paste the htaccess in local folder. but again it came back on line and showing me the waring with my previous local host path.
